Introducing Gypsy Belgian India Pale Ale
Here today. Gone tomorrow.
Christine Celis introduces a new Belgian-style India Pale Ale, brewed by former Celis brewer Kimberly Clarke in collaboration with Scott Hovey of Adelbert's Brewery in Austin, Texas. Gypsy IPA is brewed using the finest European malts and Belgian yeasts, with generous amounts of American Pacific Northwest hops for a truly unique aroma and flavor. 7.0 ABV and 60 IBU. This special limited release Gypsy IPA will initially be available on tap with bottles available soon. Look for Gypsy IPA at your favorite bar. But don't wait too long. When it's gone, it's gone.
A deep golden-colored Belgian-style IPA crafted from Belgian yeast. Gypsy features pronounced hops
on the nose and distinct citrus notes. Scott Hovey, Adelbert's Brewery founder and brewmaster, worked closely
with former Celis brewer Kimberly Clarke to produce a remarkable medium-bodied beer with noticeable Belgian malt
character.
