Introducing Gypsy Belgian India Pale Ale

Christine Celis introduces a new Belgian-style India Pale Ale, brewed by former Celis brewer Kim Clarke in collaboration with Scott Hovey of Adelbert's Brewery in Austin, Texas. Gypsy IPA is brewed using the finest European malts and Belgian yeasts, with generous amounts of American Pacific Northwest hops for a truly unique aroma and flavor. 7.0 ABV and 60 IBU. This special limited release Gypsy IPA will initially be available on tap with bottles available soon. Look for Gypsy IPA at your favorite bar. But don't wait too long. When it's gone, it's gone.
