Jeff and Karen Gish kindly offered to share their sushi dinner with Peggy Simmons at the Westin Maui Hotel in the Ka'anapali Resort. It was not the first time Jeff and Karen have enjoyed sushi with Peggy since they know she loves sushi anytime and anywhere.
